The first investment, in 2019, involved the acquisition of BAR DEL PORTO, an iconic venue of Porto Ercole’s dolce vita during the 1960s and 1970s. After gradually falling into disuse, it was acquired by CAPUA RETAIL and underwent an extensive architectural and design restoration, with particular attention to sustainability and the environment (ESG).

The venue has once again become a symbol of the Argentario and, every summer, also hosts the prestigious music festival “Waves of Music,” featuring renowned Italian and international artists.

In 2022, Capua Property launched a major urban regeneration project in Reggio Calabria. A prestigious residential complex was developed on the site of the historic Caffè Mauro headquarters, which operated there from 1952 to 1997. This high-end development contributes to the urban renewal of an area already home to the Mediterranea University, the Regional Council, and the Planetarium.

Parco Caffè has been built according to the most advanced anti-seismic regulations and, thanks to photovoltaic panels, is almost entirely self-sufficient in the production of electricity and hot water for communal use.
